Pricing
Pay-as-you-go prices for the website and Windows application:
- Pre-processing: Free of charge
- High Sort and Low Sort OCR: £0.50 per 1000 records (minimum £20.00)
- Mailmark services: £0.65 per 1000 records (minimum £25.00)
Pre-processing is free of charge, while the full set of completed files and reports will only be released for download upon payment of the stated fee plus VAT. A VAT invoice/receipt is included in this download.
Payments are collected via PayPal's secure payment service. PayPal works best if you have (or set up) your own PayPal account, though they do accept all the major credit cards.
In some cases we can accept payment via normal invoice. Please note that we add an admin surcharge of £5.00 for each file processed.
Discount scheme:
We offer 20% discount all pay-as-you-go services if you make a prepayment of £96 or more. Click here for more info or to make a prepayment
Annual account:
If you are using the service frequently you may wish to consider an annual account with us. This may well work out cheaper for you, and avoids being invoiced each time. Price guide
