Mailing Lists

We recognise that mailing lists often contain important and sensitive information and we therefore treat all data with the utmost confidentiality.

The uploaded data is kept in an area that is accessible from the internet only via a unique pass key. It is held there for a short period of time, after which it is automatically deleted.
Our default data storage policy is as follows: Non-purchased data stays on our systems for 5 days, purchased Mailsort data stays for 8 days and purchased Mailmark data stays for 21 days. This policy may be changed here.

The data is processed without manual intervention and is not seen by any individual, unless problem solving dictates it. No information of any kind from the uploaded data is withheld or used for any other purpose than to process the mailsort.

Personal Details

In order to process our invoices we need to retain your personal and/or company details. These are name, company name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and password. These details are held for the above purpose only, and will not be passed on to any third parties whatsoever. We do though reserve the right to contact you by e-mail on rare occations to inform you of any problems with this service or to promote additional features.
